The Skills Development and Assessment Octagon

The Skills Development and Assessment Octagon is a skills development and assessment model that approaches the development of organizational training programs as a strategic process that is integrated into all other facets of the business.  It is composed of eight stages, that when implemented as an integral part of a business initiative, identifies training needs, develops a program to address those needs, and measures the success of training against established business goals and objectives.
