The Minds in Action Business Initiatives Development Workshop is a three-day workshop facilitated by an experienced Minds in Action facilitator. The workshop is composed of 12 to 21 of your business process owners, who will perform a thorough analysis of their business responsibilities using processes and guidance provided by the Minds in Action facilitator. During the Business Initiatives Development Workshop, participants will perform the following activities:

	Identify the primary business initiatives in their areas of responsibility.
	Document the business goals and objectives of each identified business initiative.
	Create benchmark standards for each identified business objective.
	Establish the criteria used to measure your organization's progress in attaining each identified objective.
	Map the tasks required to successfully execute your business initiatives.
	Identify the personnel who are most critical for attaining your goals and objectives.
	Establish the performance standards required of each group of critical personnel.

Following the Business Initiatives Development Workshop, Minds in Action will create and deliver a document detailing the results of the workshop.
